They’re going to pull my grandma’s plug

Well I haven’t been on here in a while. Currently confused but I’m getting by. I’m lacking electrolytes which scares me, as I drink at least 3L of water a day (it’s an OCD thing) .

“Like most kids in high school, I caved to peer pressure and got into the party scene. At the time, I worked out on occasion, but never really took my health and fitness seriously. At 5’8”, 16 years old I weighed 130 pounds. When I got to college, the partying got worse and I found myself getting sick and feeling like shit most of the time. I was in a downward spiral.  I was still partying, but I finally got a job at GNC. The first week of being hired, I came down with the flu and was bed-ridden for a week. I realized I didn’t want to feel like this anymore, so I began to take my health seriously.  I stopped drinking and doing drugs. When I would go to parties, “friends” would literally try to pour alcohol down my throat. They didn’t understand my new mindset and because of that, I lost virtually all of them.
Since giving up the alcohol and drugs, I have put on considerable size through dedication to consistent weight-lifting and a strict nutrition program.
My goal is to inspire and motivate others to create a healthy lifestyle they can be proud of, just as I did.”

Wow what a day! Today was so fun. I hung out all day literally with my friend, her boyfriend, mom, brother, sister, and dog and it was so fun. Best time I’ve had in 2013. Now I have to come home and do my homework :(

Great song to listen to before bed
